    Jodi Stookey is a nutrition, hydration, and public health epidemiologist from San Francisco, CA, USA and Fulbright Visiting Professor at the PMU Institute of Physiology and Pathophysiology. On February 4, 2025, Dr. Stookey will summarize 2024-2025 PMU Fulbright-related hydration projects.
