    Elmar Sprink is a triathlete who competes in the renowned Ironman distance: 3.9 km swim, 180.2 km bike, and 42.2 km marathon run. What makes his story particularly remarkable is that Elmar is a heart transplant recipient, having received a donor heart 12 years ago.
